You must have an email address in order to book a tour with us
Once you have a trip picked out, fill out the Booking Form. We will respond As soon as possible! (Usually the same day, but sometimes we get busy so it can take up to 24hrs to get your confirmation email 🙂 If you have booked a trip over the weekend, you will get a reply on Monday! If you don’t see a reply, check you SPAM folder…sometimes we get filtered out!
If the trip you picked out has a Guaranteed Departure, you will get an important email with your specific Tour Information attached.
If you are one of the first 1-5 people to sign up for a trip, we will save you a seat, and you don’t need to pay anything right now. As soon as we get enough people signed up, we will Guarantee the trip…and you will get your information packet, with all the tour information and payment information. And if you decide to change your mind, no problem…please just let us know so we have a good idea of just how many people are really interested Thanks!
Cancellation charges reflect the many expenses Au Pair Adventure Tours cannot recover if you cancel, even if you must do so due to illness, injury, or personal emergencies. These fees are not meant to be punitive in any way. The charges made reflect the expenses Au Pair Adventure Tours has incurred in administering your reservation and planning for your participation. We recognize that the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip, not arriving, arriving late, or leaving the trip early.
To qualify for any refunds, we must receive notification in writing, email: info@aupairadventures.com
Cancellation date is the date the notice is received by Au Pair Adventure Tours in writing, by email.
In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your trip, your refund will be determined according to the following formula:
Au Pair Adventure Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter a trip due to unforeseen weather, unsafe conditions, low registrations or other circumstances. If Au Pair Adventure Tours must cancel a trip, all payments received to date will be refunded, including the non-refundable portion of your deposit. Au Pair Adventure Tours is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, including airplane tickets.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRIP CANCELLATION/TRIP INTERRUPTION INSURANCE, WHICH COVERS YOUR COST IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR INTERRUPT YOUR TRIP for medical reasons, trip delay, lost baggage, and other unforeseen emergencies. You may purchase coverage through your own insurance company or You can also sign up for it online at Travelex Insurance (www.travelex-insurance.com). In order to avoid disappointment and expense in the event that you must cancel your trip we strongly urge you to purchase some type of insurance coverage.

Your plane flight is not included.
Once you pick a trip, fill out the form and we will respond within 1 day or sooner If your trip is a Guaranteed Departure you will get a big information packet with all the tour and payment information via email.
If you are one of the first 5 people to sign up, we will save you a seat, and you don’t need to pay anything now. Once we have 6 people, we guarantee the trip and we’ll send your information packet. If you change your mind after receiving the packet, no problem...please let us know :-)
